JOB SUMMARY
Our Guest Service Manager serves as a main point of contact for all guest requests. This person is responsible for greeting and assisting our guests, motivating, training, and retaining associates and ensures excellent guest satisfaction and brand standards are being met.

- Preferred knowledge in a PMS (depending on brand: FOSSE, Lightspeed, SynXis. etc.)
