We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and comfortable for guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels as needed.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
