What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff:
- Hotel Maintenance: Maintain the interior and exterior of the hotel, including guest rooms, public restrooms, vending areas, storage areas, and fixtures.
- Guest Support: Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance requests, resolving issues to guests’ satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed.
- Facility Care: Handle objects and equipment, ensuring the hotel is clean, safe, and fully operational.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3–6 months of related maintenance experience or training.
- Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and moving about the work area.
- Comfort working in high-temperature areas and around heavy equipment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
