We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to uphold service excellence.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A background in resort hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
