Job Summary: Homewood Suites by Hilton in Billings, Montana, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, address their questions and complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise front desk staff, manage shift schedules.
- Operations: Implement front desk objectives and procedures, manage bookings and appointments. Ensure the reception area and back office are clean and organized.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints with tact and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communication: Coordinate communication within the hotel to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in hotel front desk software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service and leadership.
Work Hours:
- Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
