Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly check-in experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting and guest account management.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, ensuring all charges are accurate and resolved.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of guest interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and improve overall service quality.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with guests.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.

Pay: $20.41 - $21.52 per hour
