Homewood Suites by Hilton is seeking a friendly, energetic individual for the position of Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor at our property in St. Cloud. Our Front Desk staff have the opportunity to interact with many different people, both guests and hotel staff, so friendly individuals with a passion for customer service will love this job!
Job Overview
Front desk agents are responsible for helping guests make reservations over the phone and in person, greeting and registering the guests upon arrival, and providing outstanding customer service during their stay.
Night Audit will run night audit application with shifts from 11pm to 7am shift differential available.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to problem solve in order to resolve guest issues that may arise
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask
- Computer literate
Physical Demands

The employee must be able to see differences in widths and lengths of lines, such as those on graphs.
