Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing a warm welcome and personalized service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, particularly in a hotel setting.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with guests and handle inquiries.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
