As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Build strong connections with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Maximize Revenue Opportunities: Negotiate and close contracts for group bookings, events, and extended stays.
- Analyze Market Trends: Identify new opportunities and adapt strategies to remain competitive.
- Represent the Hotel: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to promote the brand.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or hospitality , with proven success in driving revenue.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
