What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Attendant position at Homewood Suites by Hilton?
A Suitekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest suites and responding to guest requests. Applicants attendants must be able to perform some heavy lifting alone or with reasonable accommodations. Applicant must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Starting pay $15.00 to $15.50 per hour based on experience.
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Laundry Attendants must retrieve, sort clean and fold linens in a timely and efficient manner.

Successful candidates should have critical thinking skills, be detail oriented and able to take direction. Possess a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Be willing to train for long term employment. Open schedules preferred with the ability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
