We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all housekeeping supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in hotel or industrial cleaning settings.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
