Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas of the hotel.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred, especially within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
