Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The hours are 10pm-8am. The schedule is 7 nights on, 7 nights off. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Perform Kitchen/ Breakfast duties
- Address any guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner, ensuring resolution.
- Promote hotel services and upsell additional amenities when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the standards of our establishment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
