We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as necessary (up to 25 pounds).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service in the hotel environment.
