We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to assist customers and maintain a high level of service. You are accountable for helping customers with their needs, offering relevant information and resolving complaints. As a Front Desk Agent, you must be empathetic by putting yourself in other people’s shoes and have unparalleled customer service skills. Ultimately, you’ll deliver an exceptional experience to all customers while being on top of your work.
Responsibilities:
- Service Oriented - Guest Obsessed
- Put up a smile and be courteous and welcoming at all times.
- Promptly greet, assist and support guests and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls or interact with customers via phone or email.
- Process payments and handle general cashier duties (e.g. money orders and sales/stock receipts).
- Answer inquiries and offer helpful suggestions.
- Perform clerical functions (e.g. faxing, copying, filing, organizing schedules, making appointments etc.).
- Manage reservations and record guest information (e.g. name, contact number and check-in/out dates etc.).

- Keep updated records of booking activities.
- Other administrative support duties (e.g. receiving visitors in a lobby or rest room).
