We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our cabinet manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing Operations:
- Oversee daily cabinet manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
2. Supply Chain and Logistics:
- Manage the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and material handling.
- Oversee logistics to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of raw materials and finished products.
3. Packaging and Material Management:
- Supervise packaging processes to ensure products are securely prepared for delivery.
- Monitor and manage material usage to minimize waste and control costs.
4. Machine Maintenance and Repair:
- Ensure CNC machinery is well-maintained and operational.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
5. OSHA Compliance and Safety:
- Develop, implement, and enforce OSHA-compliant safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training to maintain a safe work environment.
6. Climate Control Management:
- Monitor and maintain climate control systems to ensure optimal production conditions.
7. Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve production goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
8. CNC Machine Operation:
- Operate CNC machines as needed to support production demands and ensure product quality.
9. Innovation and Creativity:
- Identify and implement creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in cabinetry industry.
- Proven expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and machine maintenance.
- Hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
