We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to manage day-to-day operations at a popular 4-star resort in Key West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. You will supervise outlet personnel, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain profitability while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
- Daily operations : Oversee all aspects of the F&B outlets, ensuring efficient and smooth service throughout the day.
- Team leadership : Supervise, train, and evaluate outlet personnel, ensuring high performance and a positive working environment.
- Guest satisfaction : Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience always.
- Budget management : Monitor and manage payroll, revenue, and other financial aspects of the F&B outlets to meet budgeted goals.
- Menu assistance : Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and preparation, ensuring a varied and appealing food and beverage selection.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Staff hiring : Interview and select candidates for front-of-house F&B positions.
- Training and development : Provide ongoing training to staff, including SOPs and technical skills, to enhance service standards.
- Operational reporting : Prepare and submit required financial and operational reports on a regular basis.
