HB Wealth (“HB”) seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to become a member of our Client Service Operations team. This position serves as critical support liaison between HB wealth managers, clients, and the rest of our internal Operations team. This position serves as critical support liaison between HB wealth managers, clients, and the rest of our internal Operations team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist with client’s service requests and inquiries regarding their accounts, including money transfers and the processing of checks, wires and ACHs.
  • Process and complete the opening/closing of client brokerage accounts per clients or advisory team request.
  • Resolve client issues through independent research and collaboration with the underlying custodian or other advisory team members.
  • Process and distribute client investment reports on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with the scheduling of and preparation for client meetings.
  • Lead internal client service committees and related firm-wide initiatives.
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of junior team members, to include newly hired CSA’s as well as Advisory and Financial Planning Associates.
  • Provide general administrative support by helping to answer incoming phone calls, scan documents, organize files etc.
  • Complete special projects and other duties in support of the client and advisory team, as needed.

Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a client service role or within the financial services industry in general is required.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources with demonstrated follow through.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • High level of confidentiality is essential.
  • Ability to manage administrative projects and teams.
  • Commitment to meeting established deadlines and managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as CRM and Portfolio Reporting software. 
  • Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented, and analytical. 
  • Client first attitude, professional demeanor, personal integrity, and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility. 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively in a team and build trust and confidence of colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and a willingness to "pitch in" when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
