Interns are expected to learn how to create financial plans with heavy supervision and guidance. They also help the Advisory Operations Group with tasks such as data entry and CRM maintenance. While Interns do not have interactions with clients, we ask that they treat their colleagues as clients and strive to exceed their expectations.

- This internship will run June through mid-August 2025, on-site in our Towson, MD office.*

Job Responsibilities
General Support
- Support advisory and investment team members by assisting in the organization of electronic case files, preparation of reports, letters, and other correspondence, including but not limited to investment documents that are used by the Investment Committee and the firm’s advisors, which include client statements, investor letters, performance reports, quarterly reports, capital calls, distribution notices, and additional legal and tax documents
- Develop basic knowledge in financial planning and familiarity with developing financial plans for clients
- Support the firm in other special projects (including technology and operations projects), as needed
- Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft plans, with help from an Associate Advisor or Financial Advisor
- Assist the Advisory team in a variety of ways, including gathering information regarding client financial information and preparing information for client meeting agendas, portfolio proposals, and special quarterly reports
- Provide support in the maintenance of the CRM system, including recording meeting notes, updating client records, and data clean-up projects
