Marketing Coordinator
Homrich has been an industry leader providing demolition and environmental services to clients throughout the Midwest since 1964. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to develop marketing initiatives, manage social media accounts, the company website and assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents, business development materials and bid proposals. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be a self-starter.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, and social media, preferably in a digital environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF applications.
- Familiarity or skill set to work with web-based prequalification sites and bid submission processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support in the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals.
- Ensuring all proposal and bid documents are accurate, complete, and comply with company marketing standards and client requirements.
- Coordinating with various departments, e.g., Estimating, and Marketing, to gather necessary information and documentation for proposals.
- Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely submission of all proposals.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of proposal templates and standard marketing content.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and other materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Utilizing web-based prequalification sites to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop a marketing initiative for the company’s social media and websites.
- Work with photo and video professionals to capture and create content for company websites, social media and bid proposals.
