Marketing and Estimating Support Specialist
Homrich has been an industry leader providing demolition and environmental services to clients throughout the Midwest since 1964. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents, proposals and bids, including notarizing documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in managing proposals and bid processes.
While working with HOMRICH, your responsibilities will include:
· Providing administrative support in the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals and bids.
· Ensuring all proposal and bid documents are accurate, complete, and comply with company standards and client requirements.
· Notarizing documents as required, ensuring all notarizations are performed accurately and legally.
· Coordinating with various departments, e.g., Estimating, Marketing, to gather necessary information and documentation for proposals and bids.
· Maintaining organized records of all proposals, bids, and supporting documentation.
· Monitoring deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals and bids.
· Assisting in the development and maintenance of proposal templates and standard content.
· Supporting the preparation of presentations and other materials for client meetings and presentations.
· Providing general administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
· Utilizing web-based prequalification sites to identify and engage potential clients.
Job qualifications include:
· Proven experience in administrative support, sales, marketing, and social media, preferably in a digital environment.
· Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and PDF applications.
· Familiarity or skill set to work with web-based prequalification sites and bid submission processes.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
