Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assess customer needs, recommending necessary services for routine maintenance and identifying potential issues through questioning and visual inspections.
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders, communicating with customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely repair, checking progress throughout the day and communicating with customers as needed.
- Review repair orders to ensure work is completed, and additional authorization is noted, handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements:
- Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Computer literate and ability to understand vehicle computer systems.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Available to work Saturdays.
