F&B Impact Club Attendant
Pay Details :
The starting hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.
The Impact Club Attendants are responsible for creating an exceptional experience by greeting guests, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a clean environment. Attendants interact with members and guests in a professional, positive, and friendly manner while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide service to guests by offering the assorted options available, including menu items featured on the Chef's table and event-specific a la carte menu offerings
- Sell and upsell menu offerings, providing guests with the highest level of service during their Impact Club dining experience
- Maintain menu knowledge, especially for ingredients and method of preparation
- Relay allergy and dietary requests to Chefs and Managers
- Maintain and upkeep a clean and organized dining space, including server stations, guest-facing areas, bars, and kitchens
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events
- Clear tables of used dishes
- Ensure all dining spaces are cleaned and sanitized by removing used glassware and returning it to the bar
- Set up dinnerware and service ware for upcoming service
- Ensure linens are organized, and silverware is rolled for service
- Polish silverware and glassware as needed
- Maintain all appearance standards per established uniform and appearance guidelines
- Maintain impeccably professional grooming and personal hygiene standards
- Follow, adhere to, practice, and enforce the safety and sanitation standards set forth by the Food & Beverage Department, CDC, and OC Health Department, including :
