At Great Lakes Honda City, we are a leading dealership dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience. We are seeking a proactive, driven, and customer-focused Automotive BDC Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and driving sales leads, all while providing top-notch service and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
  • Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
  • Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
