About the Role
This role is responsible for leading NA Crisis mitigation and countermeasure for OEM Suppliers and managing supplier performance. The individual will participate in broad scope projects and handle complex supplier situations. Key Accountabilities include Initiate/support situation appraisal and analysis of a supplier crisis on a specific part or assembly process, Coordinate and support implementation of immediate corrective action plan at critical suppliers, Support communication, interaction, and summary reviews with supplier and HDMA Management, Support critical proactive projects (Capacity Management / Minimum Process Requirements / A-Rank NARS reporting, Shutdown, etc.), Complete reporting and Gemba activity for root cause analysis / countermeasure implementation to solve complex problems w/ attention to closure speed and effectiveness.
