Honda Aero in Burlington, NC is in search of a member to be part of a teamresponsible for executing pre-planned manufacturing operations to produce products that meet quality and delivery requirements to support business targets.
- Manipulate parts using manual means and machines to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Perform manual deburr per pre-planned instructions to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Operate airflow per pre-planned instructions to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Operate heat treat furnace per pre-planned instructions to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Perform assembly per pre-planned instructions to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Operate Cutting Machine to pre-planned instructions to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Operate Press per pre-planned instructions to ensure parts meet quality requirements.
- Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance requirements to ensure reliable machine operation
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
Minimum Experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on fabrication experience

- Self starter with ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to problem solve, within area of expertise, at a high level
- Ability to learn and use multiple business systems software

- Competent in reading and understanding work instructions
- Climate-controlled production environment
- Regular exposure to the manufacturing areas which under certain circumstances require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, mandatory hearing protection and safety shoes
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and sit as well as regular use of hands, fingers, and arms
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
