Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily Associate Relations activities with the AR team
- Provide customer service on general information regarding Benefits and HR Systems
- Conduct information sharing meetings regarding company programs
- Perform Leave of Absence audits
In addition, you may support various projects surrounding internal partnering with different internal Honda divisions, competency management, research, and more. You will also have the opportunity to present findings to management and participate in paid work events and experiences offered by the Honda Co-op and Internship program team.
