Job Title
Quality Assurance Specialist
JOB PURPOSE
Apply metrology methods and techniques for the measurement and calibration of Powertrain gauges.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Calibration and repair of gauging and equipment
- Manage plant-wide gauging and equipment database
- Communicate with departments and supplier for gauging / equipment related issues
- CMM measurement of gauging
- Prepare gages for shipping to managed service provider
- Support managed service provider for external calibrations
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelors / Associate degree in related technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience
0-4 Years of experience in a quality role

GD&T knowledge, Calibration knowledge, Measuring skills with various equipment
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
On time calibration of gauging / equipment
Accurate measurement methods and measurement analysis
Meeting calibration deadlines and maintaining accurate records
