Dover Honda, an ICL company, is looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone for our Service Business Development Center. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starting professional who wants a career opportunity in the automotive industry. This position is located at our Dover NH, operation. The Business Development Representative is in charge of the prospecting functions of the dealerships. This person will be responsible for ensuring that phone and service leads are followed up in a timely and professional manner. They are responsible setting appointments and following up with unsold service traffic. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. This position does not require cold calls.
Compensation Package to include:
- Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus up to $14,000

Requirements:
- Successful candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
- Computer proficiency, ability to learn and good telephone manner are required.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, staff and customers.
- Must submit to a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Must possess valid drivers license.
