Job Summary:
Honda of Fishers seeks a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Valet. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership. This is a full-time, salary position in the Auto industry in Fishers, Indiana.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the dealership
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle location and keys at all times
- Keep dealership lot organized and free of clutter to ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure the timely delivery of vehicles
- Provide shuttle services to customers as needed
- Assist with vehicle inventory and arrangement as directed by management
- Perform essential vehicle maintenance such as refueling, tire pressure checks, and windshield cleaning
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe dealership environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior valet or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
