The Entry-Level Service Drive Buyer at Honda of Frontenac is primarily responsible for assisting the pre-owned sales manager in obtaining more vehicles for our retail inventory.

Responsibilities
Utilize software systems within the store to identify and contact people interested in selling their vehiclesSet appointments for interested sellers to meet with one of our product specialists to complete their transactionWork directly with our pre-owned sales manager to learn how to do a proper vehicle walkaround to identify mechanical and / or cosmetic issues before purchaseContact customers with expiring leases to see if they are interested in arranging another lease or purchasing a different vehicleExhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfactionAttend product and sales training courses and sales meetings as requested by the managerKeep up to date on new products and services within the industryMaintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfactionMaintain a prospect development systemLog all customer interactions in the store’s CRM systemReview and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to utilize time better and plans more effectivelySupport the store’s online reputation by facilitating customer reviews on different platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Dealer Rater, etc.)Conduct business in an ethical and professional mannerMaintain a positive attitude and be ready to work in a team environment every dayOther tasks as assignedQualifications
Customer-facing experience (ex.retail, restaurant) is preferred but not required
