Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customers' concerns and questions about their Honda vehicles and determine their express service needs.
- Make recommendations for additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
- Communicate with service team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
- Utilize dealership technology to schedule and track service appointments, and process payments.
- Maintain and update knowledge of Honda models, technical services, and dealership policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell services.
- Knowledge of Honda vehicles and technical services is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and technology tools.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
