Our Internet Sales Manager will spend a large part of the workday on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional. They will respond to internet and telephone inquiries and make outbound phone calls. Handling customers from start to finish. Come Grow with us! Our ideal candidate will:

• Record all customers leads notations and comments by using the CRM software
• Required to manage and Champion the Website to drive increase lead conversions
• Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options
• Understand local competitors; be prepared to compete with them. Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings
• Bilingual is a Plus!
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all products
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
• Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
• Maintain internet business processes
• Must be able to help onboard new hirers and train on a weekly basis
• BDC Management experience to manage a large BDC team
• Train and Educate staff on processes, word tracks and systems in place
• $120k earning potential

Qualifications include:

• At least 2 years of Automotive Internet Sales Management and BDC Management
• Desking experience / Closing experience
• Strong computer skills, eLead CRM experience preferred
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
• Great attitude with high-energy personality
