Greet and assist clients with selecting the perfect vehicleDemonstrate that vehicle and test drive with clientsFollow up with all sold and unsold clientsField incoming client phone opportunitiesAssist clients with the vehicle purchase processEnsure clients know how to operate the vehicle properly upon taking deliveryProvide customers with the best experience to ensure customer satisfaction goals are metKeep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customersMaintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral businessQualifications – Sales Consultant / Product Specialist :
Positive attitude!Strong work ethic and motivation!People skillsPrior automotive sales experience is preferred but is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds : Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standardsProfessional appearance, strong negotiation and presentation skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentComputer knowledge and skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and a good driving recordPlease upload your resume.
