What are the responsibilities and job description for the DEALERSHIP CONCIERGE position at Honda of Pasadena?
Honda of Pasadena is looking to fill and immediate position for our Dealership Concierge position. We are a high volume dealership that is currently undergoing a remodel and it is important to make sure our customers know where to go, where to park and how to find their service, sales and parts associates.
Duties and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Greets every guest as they arrive to the dealership
- Utilizes proper safety instructions during construction.
- Personally escorts guests throughout the dealership, opens doors and offers coffee.
- Responds to guest inquiries and concerns promptly with courtesy.
- Confirm which department the customer is looking for and assist them with finding the proper dealership associates.
- Check to confirm if service guests have an apportionment or if they’re trying to get service as a walk in.
- Check off appointments as they arrive and point them towards the service drive.
- Immediately report any accidents to manager on duty.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintains safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Routinely check the coffee area in service to make sure that the customers still have coffee and that the coffee area is is clean and presentable.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to work legally in the United States.
- Must pass background and drug screenings.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits:
