Sales Representative
At Honda of Stamford, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their automotive needs.
- Provide information about available vehicles, features, and options.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Present and negotiate vehicle prices, financing options, and warranties.
- Coordinate with the finance department to finalize paperwork and complete the sale.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
