We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Qu alifications :
At least one year experience in a customer service environment.
- Meet and greet customers
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily / process repair order paperwork
- Bilingual a Plus
Responsibilities :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.
