Honda Stratham an ICL Company is looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoys talking on the phone for our Business Development Center. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starting professional who wants a career opportunity in the automotive industry. This position is located at our Honda Stratham operation. The Business Development Representative is in charge of the prospecting functions of the dealerships. This person will be responsible for ensuring that phone and internet leads are followed up in a timely and professional manner. They are responsible setting appointments and following up with unsold floor traffic. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. This position does not require cold calls.
Compensation Package to include:
- $50K - $65K
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus up to $14,000
- CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

Requirements:
- Successful candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
- Work well within a Team Environment
- Computer proficiency with Internet based programs, great telephone manners are required.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, staff and customers.
- Must submit to a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Must possess valid drivers license.
