Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between customers and our service department. You will ensure a smooth service process by effectively communicating with customers, diagnosing vehicle concerns, and coordinating with technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow in the shop.
- Keep customers informed about repair status and completion timelines.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in [software, if applicable, e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds].
- A valid driver’s license.
