Vehicle Upgrade Associate

Louisville Honda World is looking for first class associates to join our Sales Team in our Vehicle Upgrade Program. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, enjoy talking to people, and a team player. The associates in our Vehicle Upgrade department interact with our Service Clientele each day, in coordination with our sales team, to provide each guest the opportunity to sell or trade their vehicles. This is an entry level position, previous experiences of benefit would include retail, service industry, or other customer facing roles.

Job Requirements:

• Customer service and sales experience are not required but is a PLUS
• Must be driven and motivated
• Must have a positive attitude and display enthusiasm
• Must be able to greet customers and listen to their needs
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers that arrive for service
• Engage and entice customers to upgrade to a newer vehicle
• Facilitate the interaction between customers and the sales department
• Conduct follow up with prospects and potential leads
