Body Shop Admin Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and processing customer repair orders.
- Answer inbound calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of repair status and customer communication.
- Schedule appointments for body shop services.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on repairs.

Body Shop Admin Assistant Qualifications
- HS Diploma.
- At least six month of prior administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proper phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- bilingual is a plus
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
