The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.
- Rapid response to customer inquiries via internet and phone.
- Project a friendly, helpful demeanor while communicating with guests.
- Work in coordination with the BDC staff in a team-oriented setting, the goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
- Processing both in-bound and out-bound phone calls to distribute information effectively.
- Partner with BDC management/Sales Management as required to meet customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Self-motivated
- Team-oriented
- Prior experience preferred, not required.
