Job Purpose
Lead the strategic automation initiatives to drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and data accuracy, leveraging advanced data systems and tools like PowerBI to transform workflows, minimize errors, and enhance data accessibility and usability..
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Automation Leadership : Develop and lead long-term automation strategies, ensuring alignment with Business Operating Plans (BOP), with a special focus on leveraging tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and similar analytics platforms.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Drive innovation in automation processes, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
- Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting : Oversee complex data analysis projects, generate strategic insights, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate high-level communication between business and IT, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation of automation solutions.
- Technical Expertise and Support : Provide advanced technical support and develop SOPs for complex technical processes and tools.
