Job Purpose :

Responsible for leading a regional shared services team focused on organizational, talent development, pre-boarding & mobility programs and initiatives. Leads implementation & delivery of programs which promote and accelerate associate career development in alignment with business goals. Ensures department delivers appropriate programs & services that meet company goals and incorporate inclusion and diversity themes.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Directs a team to provide expert knowledge and experience on a variety of Organizational Development, Learning, Preboarding & Mobility.
  • Oversees succession planning, performance management, leadership development programs, learning system, engagement themes; mobility programs, policies and administration, and pre-boarding for all direct & indirect associates; all services operationally structured to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Consults with customers, key leaders, and business client on Talent Management topics.
  • Ensures diversity and inclusion practices are embedded in all Talent Management processes and programs; provides analytics to ensure themes are producing desired results.
  • Conducts performance planning and career development for growth of team associates.
  • Responsible for management and execution of business plans & budget.
  • Drives utilization of data and analysis to ensure programs are structured and performing at set targets.
  • Executive and managerial coaching.
  • Leads the tracking, development, and assessment of effectiveness for department activities.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work history
  • Ability to manage complex project management
  • Direct multi-function team leaders
  • Must be comfortable speaking to all levels of the organization
