Job Purpose
Develop and manage Morale & Engagement Programs that will enable the growth of associates at all levels based on department priorities or given objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Morale Leader (Assigned an In-house Dept or AE)
- PDCA on department Morale KPI's to assure achievement or continuous improvement
- Create, Develop & Maintain Morale BP Strategy
- Manage Morale BP Themes to assure on-time completion and in / out achievement
- Lead Development & Presentation of Departmental Morale Monthly Report to department and Div. Management
- BP Theme Leadership as assigned by department
- Involvement (DIL) Leader (Assigned an In-house Dept or AE)
- Submit, Evaluates, Approve / Disapprove, Route and grade suggestions and ARP's
- Guide / train associates on suggestion process, assist with getting needed materials and follow up on open suggestions, associate participation growth
- Track and report HIP activity and progress; communicate / presentations of plant tours
- Assist in planning / organizing plant Engagement and HIP activities i.e., NH Circle Run offs, Involvement Celebrations, Honda Tours, Company Celebrations.
