What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Partner position at Honda?
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Professional to join our HR team. This role is essential in supporting dealership managers and team members at each location. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in Recruiting, Training/Facilitation, Benefits and a solid understanding of HR practices. This position does require same day travel 0-50% of the time.
Duties
- Recruitment - post job openings, screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Train - create and facilitate on-boarding and other training modules
- Employee Relations - conduct focus groups and investigations as needed
- Must be available to travel to various locations 0-50% of the time (usually same day travel)
- 7 years’ experience in an HR role with an emphasis on Recruiting and Facilitation
- Knowledge of HR software systems required, preferably Paylocity
- Proficiency in facilitating on-boarding sessions
- Experience creating training modules
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
