Job Purpose
This position involves assisting in overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical development projects. Focused on achieving milestones of all development content while delivering a quality product on schedule.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Create / coordinate manage the overall development schedule to ensure alignment between multiple functional disciplines and the project milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to track maturation and capture open concerns.
- Analyze data interpret complex data sets to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to management
- Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven insights.
- Set up / maintain project space in Atlassian tools (Confluence / JIRA)
- Coordinate development confirmation events to ensure development progress of appropriate hardware and software
- Collect test time requests and provide to project team.
- Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders.
- Conduct reviews to evaluate outcomes and assist in facilitating decision making within the project team.
