The Sub Shop/Deli Clerk is an essential part of our deli team! They provide customers with quality deli products, hot foods and fresh subs and salads in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring repeat visits to our stores.

Summary of the position:
Greeting and assisting customers as needed with orders in cold cuts, salads, Subs, and prepared foods
Fulfilling special orders for party trays or catering orders
Stocking and refilling products in the department
Slicing cold cuts and cheese to order- Weighing, packaging and pricing products accurately
Preparing cold salads, garden salads, and fruits for our Grab and Go section
Preparing pizzas, fried chicken, chicken wings, rotisserie chickens and turkeys
Cleaning the department and setting up for the morning crew
What we look for in you:
Must be available between 15-29 hours, must be able to work at least one weekend shift
Must be 18 years of age or older
Grocery, deli department and/or retail experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Highly motivated individual that is a team player
The ability to work as a team or independently at times
Must have the ability to multitask and be focused and efficient
The ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time
