Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Inspector to perform comprehensive inspections on residential properties throughout Orlando. The successful candidate will evaluate the condition of properties, identify issues, and provide clear, detailed reports that help clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inspections: Carry out detailed visual inspections of residential properties, including assessments of structural elements, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical components.
- Prepare Reports: Develop comprehensive, easy-to-understand inspection reports documenting findings, potential issues, and recommended actions.
- Client Communication: Clearly explain inspection results to homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents, ensuring technical details are communicated effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure that all inspections meet local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices within the Orlando area.
- Professional Development: Keep current with industry trends, tools, and regulations by participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Travel: Maintain flexibility to travel throughout the Orlando region to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a home inspector or a background in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid home inspection certification or license as required by Florida regulations.
