Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Home Inspector to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of residential properties, identifying potential issues, and providing clear, detailed reports to our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to upholding the highest standards in home inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inspections: Perform detailed visual inspections of residential properties, assessing structural components, roofing, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical areas.
- Report Preparation: Compile comprehensive inspection reports that clearly document findings, potential concerns, and recommended actions.
- Client Communication: Explain inspection results to homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents in an understandable manner.
- Compliance: Ensure all inspections adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices in Tampa and the surrounding areas.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and regulations through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Travel: Maintain flexibility to travel across the Tampa area to meet with clients and conduct property inspections.
Qualifications:
